At Boulder Bibs, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
